Purpose of the Role

The Product Owner owns the outcomes of a customer-facing product area: things dealers and their staff use every day, like booking, workshop scheduling, or repair order management. Youll work closely with the Product Manager to turn strategic direction into a prioritised backlog, and with an agile engineering team to get customer-focused improvements shipped quickly.

This is a fast-moving, iteration-heavy role. Youll be close to real user feedback and expected to adjust the backlog based on what you learn, not just what was planned.

AI tooling is a growing and permanent part of how our Product and Engineering teams work, and this role is evolving with it. We expect Product Owners to grow into hands-on AI-building over time. This is a deliberate direction for the role, not a distant possibility, and were looking for people who are genuinely ready and willing to make that journey, even if theyre not there yet.
