Position Overview

Role Overview:

Zelis is a highly skilled Product Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related needs in our Enterprise Technology vertical. This role will focus on contact center solutions, specifically Kore.AI and CXOne, to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will manage the roadmap, collaborate with the stakeholders in the business units and enterprise groups, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary product liaison for enterprise technology, focusing on Kore.AI and CXOne.
  • Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer experience goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, customer success, and IT) to drive implementation, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, managing expectations and providing regular updates on product performance and initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends in contact center technology and AI-driven solutions, recommending best practices and innovations.
  • Provide thought leadership on customer engagement strategies and contact center optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise technology or customer experience domains. US Healthcare exposure a plus.
  • Strong background in contact center platforms, with direct experience in Kore.AI and/or CXOne preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching impactful product initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Interest and/or experience in AI-based product development, conversational AI, or automation considered a strong plus.
  • Preferred certifications: Pragmatic Institute (PMC), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent product management certifications.
