Product Manager Senior - JustGiving

About The Role

• We’re looking for a strategic, impact-driven Senior Product Manager to lead product development across the JustGiving platform. You’ll drive bold thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable outcomes, helping reshape how millions of fundraisers and thousands of non-profits engage.
• You’ll own strategy, delivery and continuous improvement across the fundraiser, donor and charity experience for one of the UK’s most widely used peer-to-peer fundraising platforms.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Define and advance product vision across the JustGiving fundraising platform, spanning fundraiser, donor, and charity experiences, aligning to long-term strategic priorities and commercial goals
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and validation through to launch and iteration, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
• Drive measurable impact by defining and tracking key metrics
• Own and prioritize a multi-team backlog across concurrent workstreams including platform optimization, new feature development, API program delivery, and regulatory obligations
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and customer success teams to align strategy and deliver high-quality, customer-centered solutions
• Identify and act on opportunities for innovation by staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies including AI-powered tools
• Shape the future of the JustGiving platform by challenging assumptions, contributing to long-term roadmap thinking, and representing the product in senior stakeholder forums
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering software products from concept through launch and iteration
• Experience owning a complex, multi-sided platform product with the ability to balance competing user needs
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed decision-making, with comfort using analytics tooling such as Heap or Power BI
• Proven ability to define and manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize effectively under pressure, and maintain delivery momentum across cross-functional teams
• Experience working with or alongside platform/API programs, including partner migration, third-party integrations, and developer-facing product considerations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering, design, commercial, and leadership teams around a shared product vision
• Confident and active use of AI tools as part of everyday product practice, from writing and refining documentation, specs, and communications, through to prototyping concepts and exploring solutions using AI-assisted tooling
• Able to deliver products that meet required standards of quality, security, and operability, and to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.
