Job Purpose

We are looking for a Manager of Product Management to lead a team supporting product development for the healthcare

provider domain. This role will focus on driving strong execution, ensuring clarity of requirements, and enabling high-quality

delivery in partnership with global product and engineering teams.

This position is well-suited for a leader who can operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment, bring structure to evolving

processes, and progressively build product management capabilities within the team. In addition to execution, the role requires

applying judgment in ambiguous situations and progressively contributing to shaping solutions in partnership with global product

teams.

Major Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and develop a team of product managers and/or product analysts
• Provide coaching on requirements quality, delivery discipline, and stakeholder communication
• Establish consistent ways of working, templates, and best practices
• Build team capabilities over time toward stronger product thinking, problem-solving, and ownership
  
  

Product Delivery & Execution

• Partner with global product teams to translate product direction into clear, actionable requirements
• Ensure readiness of requirements for engineering, including completeness and clarity
• Support teams through development by providing ongoing clarifications and managing dependencies
• Oversee testing, validation, and release readiness activities
• Ensure smooth execution of demos, releases, and change-related activities
• Apply structured thinking to break down ambiguous problem statements into actionable requirements
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions meet intended objectives and quality expectations
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders across geographies
• Maintain alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and drive resolution
  
  

Domain & Customer Understanding

• Apply knowledge of healthcare provider workflows (clinical, operational, or revenue cycle) to support product
  
  

development

• Ensure solutions are practical, usable, and aligned with end-user needs
• Continuously build domain depth within the team
  
  

Operating Model & Continuous Improvement

• Help define and evolve product and delivery processes within the GCC
• Drive consistency in backlog management, documentation, and delivery tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and time to delivery

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles
• 3+ years of experience leading teams
• Strong experience in the healthcare provider domain (e.g., hospitals, health systems, revenue cycle, clinical systems)
• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on requirements and delivery
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with distributed/global teams
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to product management practices such as roadmap planning and prioritization
• Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar model
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to EHR/EMR systems or healthcare data standards is a plus
