Product Deployment Engineer GTech Ad GCS

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  
• 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  
• 5 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  
• Understanding of advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

As a Product Deployment Engineer within gTech Ad Google Customer Solutions (GCS), you will be a key advisor to Google’s customers and serve as the definitive regional service authority for a specific product area. You are the strategic bridge between “what a customer wants” and “how gTech Ads GCS can enable” within a specific product area. This role requires a deep understanding of the gTech Ads Implementation Menu of Service (MoS), strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product strategies and high quality technical-product specifications that address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional sales, product leads, and clients to evaluate technical maturity, identify custom solution opportunities, and channel field feedback back into core engineering roadmaps.
• Translate complex client requirements into scalable system architectures, robust integration strategies, and prototype-backed technical requirement documents.
• Codify standardized deployment playbooks and frameworks to enable scalable, vendor-executed delivery of complex workflows.
• Architect durable data pipelines and CRM integrations using the Google Ads API while ensuring full compliance with global privacy regulations.
• Oversee implementation alongside cross-functional delivery teams, stress-testing solutions with real-world validation data to guarantee reliability prior to rollout.
