Product Compliance Specialist WW Fees

WW 3P Fees team is looking for enthusiastic, diligent, and creative candidate to join the Fee Operations team as a Catalog Specialist II. This position offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Marketplace and provides a training ground for success.

You will primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and develop creative processes to improve your team’s performance. You will directly work with product, program and tech teams to develop scalable, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on Selling Partners and the respective support teams.

Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should use data to drive their communication with stakeholders. The candidate should be able to resolve process issues independently.

Key job responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities Include But Is Not Limited To

• Responsible for productivity, quality, and coverage metrics goals
• Executes important tasks/activities independently
• Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions
• Establishes key reporting for functional area and provides reports to senior management/ stakeholders at process level
• May plan capacity and commits to volume by managing resources, queue, and cross training, Reports fluctuations in key metrics and communicates to key stakeholders with a plan of action
• Drives continuous improvement and contributes to COE (Correction of Error) process by documenting any issues/RCAs/action planning in functional area and owns specific action or change
• Identifies gaps and drives improvement/ optimization initiatives that work toward a metric improvement of processes/functions at site level
• Demonstrates the ability to dive deep into a problem, performs ‘root cause analysis,’ and identifies constraints to recommend a solution
• Represents data and communicates effectively to handle escalations; influences decision Onboards new processes/ additional processes.

Fee Operations enables the charge, change and adjustment of 3P Seller Fees WW accurately.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of interacting with customers/stake holders experience
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
