Join our Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS) team to shape the future of document management. As a Product Analyst, you’ll help centralize and automate archival processes, connecting users to vital information. As a Product Analyst within the Fulfillment & Archive Product team, you bridge business needs and agile development. You ensure timely delivery of product roadmap items, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You drive business integration, manage client feedback, and support end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage proactively on projects and drive conversations with stakeholders to impact the FAS roadmap.
- Partner with Product Owners and teams to refine backlog and execute the product roadmap.
- Define feature strategies, write epics, stories, and acceptance criteria, and participate in agile events.
- Execute production validations, conduct lessons learned, and generate process maps and business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for document archival environments in scope.
- Collaborate with Client Managers to evaluate project scope, requirements, and schedules.
- Understand client needs, platform usage, and dependencies for Capture and Viewers.
- Conduct elaboration sessions to refine requirements and address customer asks.
- Write epics, stories, testing conditions, validation criteria, and communication plans for releases.
- Perform end-to-end user testing to ensure high-quality, shippable products.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, blockers, and impacts to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Requires 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst
- Requires experience developing business requirements, writing stories, working knowledge for creating testing conditions, use cases and validation criteria
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and self-directed.
- Collaborative and a high level of comfort and effectiveness in coordination roles; working with multiple business and technology partners to drive transparency in project deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working experience creating process flows using Visio.
- Working knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills

- Product Analyst preferably with Agile methods, process & execution
- Ability to learn on the move, self-paced, mentor, or thru execution.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage continuously shifting business priorities
