Enterprise Performance
Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise package insights and platform technology, working across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations to support delivery of holistic performance improvement and package led large scale digital transformation. Position Summary
Assistant Manager
Role Description:
- Very good understanding of end-to-end procurement process (end to end of Source to Pay)
- Strong working knowledge and experience in at least two of the procurement platforms (eg. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP S4 HANA etc.) as required by the process
- Experience in Ariba/ Coupa etc. to include Purchase Requisition processing, Invoice Reconciliation, Supplier Management/ Onboarding, Catalog Management, Spot Buy, Helpdesk (ability to provide assistance to the client/ suppliers in any of the areas mentioned)
- Good knowledge of at least one ticketing tool (eg. ServiceNow) including reporting
- Ensure that SLAs and KPI targets are met
- Processes procurement activities/ resolves queries related to process transactions within defined turnaround time
- Assist junior team members in understanding the process
- Documents any process exceptions and reviews with team lead
- Create and update SOPs
- Create and update Quick Reference Guides (for requestors/ suppliers/ team members) and training material
- Create Reports from the procurement platforms (Ariba/ Coupa etc.)
- Create daily/ weekly/ monthly/ ad hoc reports which are presented to client/ internal teams on regular basis
- Present weekly reports/ updates to the client stakeholders
- Manage workload distribution and team performance through ticketing tools (eg. ServiceNow) and have reporting features of the ticketing tool
- Train requestors/ suppliers/ internal team members as required
- Conduct spend analytics to find out improvement areas
- Suggest process improvement ideas (continuous improvement ideas) to the client and drive process automation
- Act as SME for the various processes in Procurement Operations
- Lead calls independently with the clients
- Lead teams for various sub-processes and drive productivity and customer satisfaction
- Align/ coordinate with the various client end teams for the ad hoc work related to Procurement Operations that are taken up from time to time
- Drive and build strong professional connect with the clients
- Support business development/ new deals RFPs
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Excel/ Word/ Power Point skills
- Any Certification related to procurement or procurement platforms (not a must but desirable)
- Excellent working knowledge in more than one procurement platform (eg. Ariba/ Coupa/ Jaggaer etc.)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Team leading experience
- Client facing experience
- Experience in providing support to global clients across US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Asia Pacific.
Education:
- B. Com, BBA, BBM degree or equivalent from accredited university
- Graduate in any discipline
- 8-12 years of experience in procurement related work

- 24*7 (Including night shift)
- 5 days’ work from office
