Job Summary

As the primary point of contact for business partners across the organization, this role delivers exceptional customer service and supports all procurement operations related needs. Responsibilities include managing ServiceNow requests, shared mailboxes, and incoming inquiries; coordinating with cross-functional teams; and supporting Third Party Risk Management activities. The role also researches and resolves issues, identifies improvement opportunities and contributes to monthly reporting. Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work with data are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, including stakeholder management, vendor engagement, and critical issue resolution
  • Research, analyzes, and responds to incoming inquiries; assigns tasks to category managers and provides timely updates on open requests
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting by extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Documents and maintains Procurement processes, procedures, and workflows through interviews, review of materials, and development of supporting documentation
  • Identifies bottlenecks and root causes, drives issues to resolution, and recommends process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Maintains the Procurement SharePoint site, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance to support procurement operations and organizational requirements
  • Supports adoption of new processes, tools, and system enhancements

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors Degree Required - Preferred

Work Experience

  • Experience Details Required/ Preferred
  • 2+ years Experience in a procurement operations role, with a strong emphasis on administering procurement tools and systems and delivering exceptional customer service Required
  • 2+ years Experience supporting organizational change and working effectively in ambiguous environments Required
  • 2+ years Experience supporting global teams Required
  • 2+ years Experience with Third Party Risk Management programs and systems, such as ProcessUnity Required
  • Experience with workflow/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow Preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Reporting and Oracle Procurement Preferred

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong documentation skills, including developing process flows, policies and procedures, and system or process
  • testing scripts
  • Understanding of vendor risk, due diligence, or compliance frameworks
  • Ability to follow governance processes and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Strong inquiry management and customer service skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication across teams and organizational level
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to develop new skills
  • Proactive approach to following up on open issues, taking initiative, and escalating problems when needed
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate the full procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle
  • Ability to support workflow improvements and identify automation opportunities
