Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our IT department. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. This role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills to ensure teams embrace Agile principles while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Team Facilitation
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure teams follow Scrum practices and Agile values.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Act as a bridge between product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Promote transparency by maintaining sprint metrics, burndown charts, and dashboards.
• Encourage open communication and alignment across IT and business units.
• Delivery & Process Improvement
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners.
• Track progress to ensure timely delivery of IT projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and processes.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Familiarity with IT project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Desired Competencies
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies is a plus.
