Your Impact

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise document management and invoice management solutions using OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) integrated with SAP. You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver successful implementations.

You will play a key role in driving solution design, providing technical guidance, mentoring project teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

What The Role Offers

• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand business processes and solution requirements.
• Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Design scalable OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP applications.
• Prepare solution documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, solution blueprints, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Configure OpenText VIM and integrate it with SAP and OpenText products including BCC, IC4S, Archive Center, Enterprise Scan, and Document Pipeline.
• Analyze complex implementation issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives for OpenText VIM environments.
• Mentor consultants and technical teams by sharing best practices and providing technical guidance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers while ensuring successful adoption of OpenText solutions.
  
  

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience implementing enterprise solutions with OpenText products.
• Strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Experience with SAP ABAP development, including Data Dictionary, Object-Oriented ABAP, RICEF objects, and Fiori.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM and SAP FI, including invoice processing, purchase orders, goods receipt, service entry sheets, invoice blocking, parking, and posting.
• Experience in OpenText VIM installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migration projects.
• Knowledge of OpenText products such as BCC, IC4S, Archive Center, Enterprise Scan, and Document Pipeline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to mentor technical teams and lead customer discussions.
• Willingness to travel within India and internationally as required.
