What You'll Do -

This role will support the Senior Program Manager in executing reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across the GCC. The incumbent will own data collection, dashboard maintenance, and analytical deep-dives, while also driving day-to-day program governance hygiene across active workstreams. This is a hands-on execution role designed to scale the GCC's value articulation and governance capacity.

You'll report to VP, Head of GCC.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Maintain GCC dashboards and operational scorecards; ensure data accuracy and on-time refresh cycles
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on headcount, utilization, attrition, cost, and project health metrics
• Support program governance operations — track action items, prepare steering committee decks, manage program documentation
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; document current-state workflows and recommend improvements
• Coordinate inputs from GCC functional leaders for monthly business reviews and ELT updates
• Build self-service reporting templates to reduce manual effort across GCC teams
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, MIS / reporting, program governance functions
• Hands-on proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and basic SQL
• Exposure to GCC, IT services, or shared services environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail, structured communication, and stakeholder management skills
