- Design AI models and frameworks for pharmaceutical applications.
- Collaborate with analytics and research teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Develop and optimise machine learning algorithms for data analysis.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
- Stay updated on AI trends and apply them to improve processes.
- Provide technical guidance to team members on AI projects.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of AI tools into existing systems.
- Maintain documentation for AI architectures and solutions.
- 10-18 years in software / AI engineering with production AI experience
- Expertise in LLM systems, agentic systems, and multi-agent architectures
- Hands-on with RAG, vector databases, LangGraph, Python, distributed systems, and API orchestration
- Preferred exposure to fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, memory systems, and cognitive architectures
- Proven track record of systems built in production
- A permanent role in Hyderabad's pharmaceutical sector.
