Role Purpose

The Pricing and Estimation Intelligence Associate own by providing data-driven pricing, estimation, and commercial insights. Improve proposal quality, estimation accuracy, profitability, and consistency across Consulting and Managed Services engagements.

Required Skills

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis Tools.
• Understanding of Pricing, Cost modelling, and financial concepts.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Accountable for pricing and estimation intelligence framework
• Along with commercial inputs and costing models.
• Knowledge of consulting or managed services business models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CPQ, estimation, reporting, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
  
  

• Maintain and update Pricing Models, and Estimation Templates.
• Support deal teams with effort, resource, cost, and pricing estimations.
• Analyze historical project data and benchmarks to improve estimation accuracy.
• Track and report estimated-versus-actual delivery performance and profitability.
• Maintain commercial assumptions for consulting and managed services offerings.
• Develop dashboards and reports on Pricing, margins, win rates, and estimation trends.
• Should own the authoritative benchmark library, productivity baselines, annual efficiency assumptions and the tracking of
• whether automation, reuse, location mix and delivery improvements are achieved
• Identify opportunities to improve estimation methodologies and pricing governance.
• Support continuous improvement of estimation tools, CPQ platforms, and commercial processes.
  
  

• Min 1 –4 years of experience in pricing, Commercial Management, Financial Analysis, estimation, Business Operations, or presales support.
• Experience in IT services, SAP consulting, AMS, or professional services environments is an advantage.Success Metrics Accuracy of effort and Cost Estimates.
• Margin and Profitability improvements.

• Timely support for Bids and Proposals.
• Quality and adoption of Pricing and Estimation Frameworks.
