The Business PMO will drive organization-wide governance, reviews, and strategic initiatives by coordinating with all departments, ensuring disciplined execution, documentation, and performance tracking. You will define and manage the business cadence, metrics, and operating structures that give leadership a single source of truth.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Own
Enterprise Business Rhythm & Governance
Drive the enterprise operating cadence, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Conduct daily OPS Council meetings with departmental heads and track action items to closure.
Ensure governance rigor across key forums, reviews, and decision-making bodies.
Executive Reporting & Insights
Ensure timely preparation and presentation of management dashboards, metrics, and insights.
Create executive-level summaries that are decision-ready, concise, and data-backed.
Act as the central owner of leadership reporting and performance visibility.
Sales, HR & Performance Enablement
Conduct Periodic Sales Review Meetings, ensuring agendas, presentations, and MoMs are prepared and shared on time.
Partner with HR to define, track, and review KRAs/KPIs, performance dashboards, and review cadences for key roles.
Coordinate succession planning for critical positions with HR and functional heads.
Process Discipline & SOP Management
Ensure SOPs are built, reviewed, updated, and followed across the organization.
Maintain a central SOP and policy repository as the single source of truth.
Work closely with HR and Admin to issue, update, and track HR policies (travel, reimbursements, etc.).
Cross-Functional & External Coordination
Create and maintain a Shared Resources repository for Directors (policies, SOPs, templates, key documents).
Execute and track manufacturer/vendor agreements, ensuring approvals and documentation.
Coordinate EcoVadis and ESG-related work across departments to improve documentation and ratings.
Support risk assessment and insurance coverage activities by coordinating inputs and maintaining records.
Strategic Programs & Events
Plan, budget, and coordinate key industry events, consolidating inputs and tracking post-event actions.
Spearhead strategic programs that support sustainable growth and strengthen market reputation.
Champion the adoption of proven industry standards and methodologies across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
MBA (Finance) or CA Inter.
3+ years of experience in PMO, Business Operations, or Enterprise Project/Program Management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across HR, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing organizations preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong executive communication skills.
