Talent Formula (www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide.

We currently have a Compliance Administrator position available with our client, PKF Littlejohn. They require a Compliance Administrator to join their team as part of their offshore growth strategy.

Purpose and aim of the role

The aim of this role is to provide administrative support to Compliance generally. You will work alongside the Compliance Partner and Senior Manager, and with the wider Compliance Team generally.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Your role will be working within the Compliance team to assist in ensuring that the firm monitors the operation of the firm’s System of Quality Management (SoQM) on a timely basis, identifies deficiencies as they arise and ensures that they are resolved.

The System of Quality Management (SoQM) under ISQM 1 is the firm‑wide framework that ensures all audit and assurance work is performed in line with professional, legal, and regulatory requirements. It requires the firm to identify and assess quality risks, design and implement appropriate policies and responses, and operate continuous monitoring and remediation processes to ensure the system remains effective.

The Compliance function supports the SoQM by providing accurate, timely, and well‑maintained governance information, ensuring the firm’s quality and regulatory obligations are met in practice. As the Compliance Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring our SoQM operates effectively on a day‑to‑day basis.

Responsibilities Include

  • Maintaining and updating internal compliance registers
  • Coordinating and preparing data for review by the Compliance Senior Manager to meet regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring key compliance activities across the practice, such as completion of mandatory training by individuals
  • Responding to daily compliance queries from staff and engagement teams
  • Supporting wider risk management and quality control processes through additional administrative tasks

Skills And Qualifications

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Commerce/Accounting/Finance)
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a similar role
  • Previous professional services sector or risk management experience is ideal, but not essential
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and in particular Excel
