Talent Formula (www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have an Audit Operations Administration role available with our client PKF Littlejohn.

Responsibilities

Supporting both the Corporate & Capital Markets and Financial Services teams on the following:

• Competing on-boarding of new clients.
• Completing Know Your Client (KYC) Forms
• Drafting engagement letters for managers and partners
• Requesting for professional clearance from previous auditors
• Drafting notifications to governing bodies
• Involved in administration required to collate audit confirmations from banks
• Process of sending out requests to banks
• Chasing providers on a regular basis
• Dealing with queries coming from audit team or providers
• Providing cover for other team members as required
• Dealing with general queries and completing general administrative requests from managers, directors and partners
  
  

• Any graduate or post graduate degree.
• Prior direct experience in a similar business operations role is required
• Experience working in a practice or professional services firm is ideal
• Willingness to develop leadership and management skills
• Strong communications skills with experience of coaching, and influencing with the ability to build relationships across all levels of staff and management
