Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Specialist will develop and execute paid acquisition strategy for a B2B SaaS business across the US, India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East. The role requires hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing analytics. This person will be accountable for channel performance, budget allocation, lead quality, and ROAS across regions and campaigns. The ideal background combines B2B SaaS performance marketing experience with an AI-first approach to building marketing automations.

• Develop paid media strategy and allocate budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, pay-per-lead partners, and emerging paid channels across the US, India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East.
• Define audience targeting, campaign messaging, ad copy, and landing page requirements, and collaborate with design and campaign teams to execute campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts across messaging angles, visual concepts, campaign structures, and marketing funnel stages to improve paid acquisition performance.
• Analyse performance at region, channel, and campaign levels, identify actionable insights, and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS.
• Build AI-driven workflows for audience segmentation, copywriting, creative ideation, performance analytics, reporting, and other performance marketing processes.
• Analyse lead quality and performance from pay-per-lead partners and establish performance expectations based on lead quality rather than lead volume.
• Evaluate emerging paid acquisition channels and determine their potential contribution to pipeline generation across different markets.
  
  

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including end-to-end ownership of paid acquisition channels.
• B2B SaaS experience with an understanding of marketing funnels, sales cycles, and pipeline generation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads is must.
• Experience building AI-based automations for performance marketing.
• Experience using AI automation and workflow tools for marketing processes.
