Role Overview

Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who will own end-to-end digital growth, from running paid campaigns to building funnels, automating lead nurturing, and creating culturally resonant content for regional markets. This is not a brand management role. You will be the engine of our digital pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
• Manage ad budgets and monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPL and course-correct in real time
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages continuously
• Scale winning campaigns while cutting bleeders without hesitation

Funnel & Conversion Optimisation

• Build and maintain lead funnels for dealer acquisition, FPO outreach, and farmer subsidy campaigns
• Design WhatsApp drip sequences in regional languages for lead qualification
• Reduce funnel drop-off using data and conversion analysis

Content & Creative

• Write ad copy, landing page headlines, and hook scripts that convert
• Brief and review creatives (static, reels, videos) aligned to campaign goals
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content & campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

• Own a weekly performance dashboard tracking key metrics across all channels
• Build channel-wise and funnel-wise audit reports that give leadership decision-ready insights
• Maintain UTM hygiene and attribution tracking across all campaigns

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with pre-sales and sales teams to align on lead quality and follow-up SLAs
• Support dealer onboarding campaigns and territory-specific ad pushes

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (brand or agency side)
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, not randomly boosting posts
• Working knowledge of WhatsApp automation tools
• Comfort with analytics - Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, spreadsheets
• Strong bias for action: you test, iterate, and ship fast

Good to Have:

• Experience marketing to rural/agri audiences or Tier 2–3 markets
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
