Your Role

We are seeking experienced PeopleSoft professionals with expertise in Administration, Functional Consulting, and Technical Development to support and enhance PeopleSoft applications.

PeopleSoft Administration- Administer and maintain PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.

Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft Applications, PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler.
Perform environment refreshes, migrations, patching, and upgrade activities.

Functional Consulting- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Configure and support PeopleSoft modules including HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or related applications.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend business process improvements.

Technical Development- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft solutions.

Design and build PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and BI Publisher reports.
Develop integrations using Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.

Your Profile

Strong experience in PeopleSoft Administration, Functional, or Technical domains.
Expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or other PeopleSoft modules.
Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and PIA administration.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
