Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable and high-quality Pega BPM and Case Management solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and other cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop applications, and deliver quality solutions that meet client needs.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega BPM and Case Management solutions using Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Pega applications.
• Configure workflows, business rules, decision tables, and case lifecycles.
• Develop reusable components and enterprise-wide frameworks.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems and APIs.
• Develop and configure integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, MQ, and Pega Connectors.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are met.
• Apply AI-enabled SDLC practices and automation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management and BPM Workflows.
• Strong understanding of Decision Rules, Decision Tables, and Declarative Rules.
• Experience working with Data Pages, Activities, Flow Actions, and Sections.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience with MQ Integration and Pega Connectors.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience working with XML and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Pega Customer Service.
• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Experience with Pega Robotics/RPA.
• Experience with cloud deployment and cloud-based application environments.
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.
• Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Experience with AI-enabled development practices and automation.
