Pega Developer

Position Description

We are looking for a Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega Platform and Constellation UI. The candidate should have hands on experience in designing, developing, and implementing case management solutions, workflows, and integrations using Pega best practices. Experience in Pega Constellation architecture, data modeling, REST/SOAP integrations, and performance optimization is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills are required, and Pega certification is preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform and Constellation.
• Develop case management, workflows, and business process automation solutions.
• Implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and data transforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow Pega best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Pega application development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation.
• Strong experience in enterprise integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and data transforms.
• Expertise in Pega workflows, case management, business rules, and UI development.
• Good understanding of Pega architecture, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Pega CSA/CSSA/CLSA certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
