As a Pega Certified Lead System Architect - Senior Manager, you will lead large technology teams within our Technology Consulting practice, driving product innovation and developing cutting-edge software solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver impactful software products and solutions. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will articulate our purpose and values in a meaningful way, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on leading executive stakeholder management, owning multiple aspects of the technology delivery cycle, and setting and executing domain strategy aligned with business goals. You will analyze and identify linkages within systems, take ownership of projects, and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your growing business knowledge will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, all while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
