• 1-2 years of work experience
• Must be an MBA graduate or have completed an equivalent course
• Should be an excellent team player as well as a good communicator
• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems
• High on integrity and confidentiality
• Comfortable working with numbers. Good Excel skills and attention to detail
