Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and address any operational challenges is an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application configuration.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and release notes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices and problem-solving approaches.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes and how they integrate with packaged or software as a service applications.
• Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and security roles within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment of application updates.
