Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and ensuring that the applications perform optimally while meeting user needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain system integrity and performance, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM, SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong understanding of application configuration and management. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
