You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Human Capital Management, Information Systems, or related
• 16 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
