Oracle Fusion Reports Developer

<div><strong><u> Job Summary:</u></strong></div><div>We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Analyst / Reports Developer to support the design, development, and management of functional reports across the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, FRS, BICC, and FDI, with a particular focus on the Finance modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions and ensure the availability of accurate and timely business intelligence for leadership decision-making.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>&nbsp;Must Have Skills (Mandatory):</u></strong></div><div>- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules</div><div>- Proficiency in developing custom BIP reports using RTF, eText, Excel templates</div><div>- Hands-on experience with Oracle BICC, OTBI, FRS, and Smart View</div><div>- Solid skills in SQL development for reporting requirements</div><div>- Deep understanding of Fusion Cloud schema and subject areas</div><div>- Experience in developing and supporting FDI solutions and performing data validation</div><div>- Ability to gather and analyze complex requirements and convert them into actionable reports</div><div>- Proven background in user support and troubleshooting for reporting issues</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>&nbsp;Good-to-have Skills (Optional):</u></strong></div><div>- Experience with report justification analysis and offering alternate reporting strategies</div><div>- Exposure to provisioning and configuring FDI pipelines and monitoring health of cloud services</div><div>- Knowledge sharing and training end users on Oracle reporting tools</div><div>- Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives and design strategies</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience:</u></strong></div><div>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field</div><div>- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications</div><div>- Strong documentation and communication skills</div><div>- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders</div>
