Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Procurement & Supply Chain Lead to drive global Oracle EBS R12.1.3/R12.2 initiatives across Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning. This role will partner with business and IT teams to deliver scalable Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supply Chain solutions, drive process transformation, and provide functional leadership across implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process transformation initiatives.
• Design, implement, and support Oracle EBS Procurement modules including Purchasing, Sourcing, iSupplier, Supplier Management, and Supplier Scheduling.
• Drive end-to-end P2P and Supply Chain solutions across Inventory, BOM, WIP, Order Management, and ASCP.
• Lead Oracle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and global transformation projects.
• Develop functional designs, configuration specifications, testing strategies, training materials, and deployment plans.
• Manage data migration and integrations with supplier portals, manufacturing systems, planning tools, and reporting platforms.
• Lead SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and production support activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and procurement automation initiatives.
  
  

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS Supply Chain experience, including 8+ years in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Strong expertise in:
• Oracle Purchasing (PO)
• Oracle Sourcing
• Oracle iSupplier
• Supplier Management & ASL
• Inventory Management
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Supply Chain Planning / ASCP
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.1.3 and/or R12.2.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, integrations, and data migration.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle implementation projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in global manufacturing and distribution environments preferred.
