  • Submission of monthly Invoice
  • Movement of advance posting sheet / rota
  • Collection of invoice payments
  • Ensuring adoption and usage of iCONNECT app for attendance, leave marking etc. by the direct workforce
  • Ensuring there are no shortfalls in the deployment of direct work force in the given assignments
  • Control attrition of direct work force
  • Plan new deployments against new sales
  • Rotation of direct work force within the assignment / outside the assignment
  • Providing required direct force for conduct of events / short duties
  • Managing leaves of the direct staff
  • Ensuring scheduler is provided with required inputs for scheduling
  • Optimize the resources with equal deployment opportunity to all
  • Incident management / reporting
  • Onsite training to direct staff
  • Writing of assignment instructions / post instructions
