Job Description

Key Responsibilities of LPO

• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and surveillance equipment
• Conduct regular patrols across the mall premises
• Manage crowd control during peak hours, weekends, and events
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Enforce security procedures and safety protocols
• Assist in fire safety readiness and evacuation procedures
• Prevent and handle theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities
• Coordinate with local police, fire services, and emergency responders
• Maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs
• Provide customer assistance while ensuring security compliance

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in security (mall, retail, airport, hospital, or large facility preferred)
• Knowledge of CCTV operations and security systems
• Familiarity with fire safety systems and emergency response
• Basic first aid knowledge (certification preferred)
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in 24/7 shift operations
• Physically fit and mentally alert
