Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple distribution channels including branches, contact centers, and digital platforms
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with banking standards
• Support customer onboarding and account opening procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and verified
• Cross-sell and promote banking products and services to customers based on their financial needs
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• Contribute to achieving team and departmental service quality targets and metrics

Requirements

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
