Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing customers
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless customer experience
• Actively participate in branch activities and events to promote the bank's offerings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
