Position Summary

As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

As a Microsoft Functional Senior Consultant, you will drive Finance & Operations process implementations. You will analyze client needs, design, build, configure, test, and support systems, leading activities from requirements gathering through post go-live support. You will collaborate proactively across teams, develop custom reports, and support integration design and testing. Your responsibilities will also involve executing testing, deployment, and progress reporting, while establishing and following delivery best practices to ensure quality and reusability. Additionally, you will contribute to innovative solutions that enhance project delivery outcomes.

The team:

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience
• Hands-on implementation expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP
• Must have completed at least three full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation
• Skilled in the following core business processes:
• AP, AR
• General Ledger
• Tax
• Fixed Asset Management
• Budgeting
• SCM (Optional)
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication; adept at presentations using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mature judgement
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAAS and PAAS offerings
  
  

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Active Microsoft Dynamics Certification would be an added advantage
  
  

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
