Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced D365 CE & Power Platform Support Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). This role requires close collaboration with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations, timely incident resolution, and continued optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.
• Perform configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Manage and coordinate system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments while ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.
• Apply solution lifecycle management practices (DevOps, ALM).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or Change Requests.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in a technical or functional capacity.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages).
• Experience with customisation and configuration within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Good understanding of Dataverse and its role within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience working with D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (additional certifications are a plus).
• Experience troubleshooting and updating plugins and JavaScript.
• Exposure to DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL, data migration, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience with Azure services, APIs, or PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
