Job Description

We are looking for a Memory Design Engineer with 3+ years of experience in memory circuit design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and verifying SRAM/compiler memory circuits, along with a strong understanding of CMOS analog/digital design principles.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop SRAM/compiler memory circuits for advanced technology nodes.Perform circuit design, simulation, and optimization for performance, power, and area (PPA).Design memory sub-blocks such as sense amplifiers, decoders, write drivers, precharge circuits, and control logic.Conduct schematic design, simulation, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools.Collaborate with layout, characterization, and verification teams to ensure first-pass silicon success.Analyze and debug silicon issues, supporting characterization and product validation.Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the memory development cycle.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Memory Design.Strong understanding of SRAM architecture and memory design concepts.Hands-on experience with custom circuit design and transistor-level simulations.Good knowledge of CMOS analog and digital circuit design.Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent.Familiarity with advanced process nodes is an added advantage.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.Experience with low-power and high-speed memory design is a plus.
