Role Description

The Lead Full Stack Engineer Mars Telecom Systems role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET, React, Azure) who can take complete ownership of technical solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

Backend :

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, REST API development, Entity Framework, LINQ, Dependency Injection.
• Strong understanding of application design patterns and architectural principles.
  
  

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web development.
  
  

• Strong SQL Server experience, ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries, and experience with Stored Procedures.
  
  

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies and React.
• Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable React-based front-end applications.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and business workflows.
• Create high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Support both legacy and modern application components during transformation initiatives.
  
  

• Design and support Azure-based application deployments.
• Work with Azure App Services, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, Azure Networking.
  
  

• Develop secure applications following secure coding standards and OWASP recommendations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection controls.
• Understand PCI-compliant application development practices and contribute to SOC2 compliance requirements.
