About Sioniq ERP

Sioniq ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning solution designed to help jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers streamline business operations — including inventory, CRM, sales, finance, reporting, and multi-store workflows in one integrated platform.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives to build the Sioniq ERP brand, generate qualified demand, support sales growth, and improve market visibility in the jewelry ERP segment. You’ll manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, develop compelling content, and work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, partnerships) to drive measurable results.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

📈 Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase awareness and market share for Sioniq ERP in the jewelry industry.
  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs, budgets, and ROI tracking.

📣 Demand Generation & Lead Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, email, events, social, webinars) to drive lead generation.
  • Align with sales to define lead qualification criteria and nurture campaigns that convert prospects into demos and buyers.

💻 Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media presence, website updates, and marketing automation to drive online engagement.
  • Create content (blogs, case studies, emails, videos, product collaterals) that communicates product value to B2B buyers.
  • Manage content calendar and publication across channels.

👥 Brand & Positioning

  • Strengthen Sioniq’s brand identity in the ERP/software market, especially within the jewelry ecosystem.
  • Craft messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas — jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.

📊 Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, web analytics, CRM funnel reports, and ROI to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.

🌐 Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Define segment opportunities (e.g., multi-store retailers, manufacturers) and tailor outreach.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to support account-based marketing (ABM), events, trade shows, demos, and sales enablement content.
  • Partner with product and customer service teams for customer marketing (case studies, testimonials, retention initiatives).

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.

Experience

  • 4–8+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, ERP, or technology/software products.
  • Experience working with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Skills & Core Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinker with proven ability to execute marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using data analytics to guide decisions (Google Analytics, campaign tracking).
  • Good understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email).
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus but not mandatory.
