Overview

TRC is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Content Coordinator based in India to support our global tradeshows and event marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional, international team and contribute to a company leading the way in sustainable and technical innovation across multiple industries.

We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated communicator with strong English writing skills and a passion for turning complex, technical information into clear, engaging content. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sector marketing and events teams to develop compelling copy that resonates with industry professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Content and Sector Marketing Managers to write and edit high-impact content for events, including website pages, HubSpot landing pages, email campaigns, event collateral, presentations and more.
• Ensure all content is error-free, brand-compliant and optimized for audience engagement.
• Simplify technical topics across the power, infrastructure, and environmental sectors into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Coordinate with designers, social media specialists and digital marketers to deliver polished and effective campaigns.
• Uphold TRC’s content standards and maintain consistency in tone, messaging and branding across all materials.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. (Writing samples are required.)
• Prior experience writing content for websites, email campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, while also working collaboratively within a global team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
