Job Description

Partner with business leaders to identify capability and performance gaps.
Conduct learning needs analysis and workforce capability assessments.
Translate business requirements into learning solutions and work with vendors on delivery.
Establish structured approaches to learning prioritization and workforce readiness.
Leverage learning metrics and insights to improve program effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to enable capability development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

13+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Talent Development.
Strong expertise in learning needs analysis and capability assessment.
Ability to engage and consult with senior business stakeholders.
Understanding of learning frameworks, learning operations, and delivery models.
Experience working with external learning vendors and partners.
Backgrounds focused heavily on executive coaching or leadership development alone may be less relevant.
