About The Role
The Sales Innovation role at Diageo India is responsible for driving excellence in planning, availability, and market execution across channels for innovation brands. The role anchors launch readiness, primary and secondary sales tracking, and network performance monitoring to ensure speed and scale of distribution across On and Off Trade. It works closely with Retail TLs to prioritize outlet investments, strengthens in-market execution through structured retail visits, and evaluates BTL & TTL effectiveness to optimize performance and deliver sustained business impact.
