The Manager II, Program Management role will lead Fee Integrity and Seller Experience Operations within the Seller economics and fees org, responsible for ensuring accurate fee categorization, reducing fee-related seller contacts, and improving the seller dispute experience across worldwide stores. You will manage a team of product compliance specialists and associates working at the intersection of Fees Product, Science, Tech, Selling Partner Support (SPS), and cross-functional stakeholder teams to drive execution across key workstreams including fee category override operations, ML model training and evaluation, taxonomy management and seller experience tool readiness.

Our environment is fast-paced and high-impact: the team processes thousands of fee category override requests monthly, supports ML model training across 20+ stores, and executes integrity programs protecting tens of millions in annualized fee revenue. This role requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable leading through ambiguity while managing multiple concurrent operational workstreams, cross-functional dependencies, and senior leadership goals.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and diligent Manager who can drive operational excellence through structured team accountability while partnering across Product, Science, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Seller Support teams. You should understand fee integrity and seller experience problems end-to-end, have the ability to identify and mitigate fee accuracy risks before they impact sellers, and scale operations through automation and AI-driven solutions. As the owner of this domain, you should be able to connect operational execution to business outcomes, translate Director-level goals into team-level delivery plans, and build repeatable mechanisms that improve quality, productivity, and seller trust at scale.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of program managers, product compliance specialists and associates ensuring the team delivers high-quality results that meet business objectives and service-level commitments.
• Own end-to-end execution of fee category override operations, including ticket processing, quality assurance (QA), accuracy monitoring, and SLA management, directly contributing to Director-level override accuracy goals
• Drive ML labelling operations in partnership with Fees Science, managing base labelling, QA , inconsistency resolution, and timely delivery of training data to support model retraining cycles across store expansions.
• Design and implement automation and GenAI solutions to improve team productivity, reduce manual effort, and eliminate non-value-add work across workflows.
• Build and maintain structured quality frameworks across all operational dimensions (override accuracy, ticket accuracy, ML consistency), using data-driven error analysis, targeted coaching, and SOP standardization
• Partner with Fees Product, Science, Tech, SPS, and Global Financial Audit teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies, manage escalations, and align on taxonomy updates
• Manage team performance through goal-setting, balanced scorecards, talent reviews, coaching plans, and structured ramp-up programs for new hires
• Define and track operational KPIs; build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide real-time visibility into team workload, quality trends, and progress against goals
• Support UAT and SP-Support readiness for seller experience tools across multiple marketplaces
  
  

A day in the life

You start your morning reviewing program metrics and preparing for a team standup where you discuss progress, blockers, and shifting priorities. Mid-morning might find you in a stakeholder alignment meeting, negotiating trade-offs between timelines and resources. After lunch, you hold a one-on-one with a direct report to discuss their development goals and review a document they are preparing for leadership. Later, you dive into the details of a risk mitigation plan before wrapping up with a quick sync to ensure your team has what they need to move forward.

About The Team

The Fee Integrity and seller eXperience (FIX) team is Amazon's central program management arm for fee accuracy, seller dispute resolution, and fee-related seller experience across worldwide marketplaces. Based in Hyderabad, the 25-member team operates eight interconnected workstreams spanning prevention, detection, correction, and seller education across Amazon's fee ecosystem. FIX partners with Fees Product, Science, Tech, Selling Partner Support, Finance, and Legal teams to drive fee category accuracy, eliminate seller contacts, launch and expand fee integrity products to new marketplaces, and improve how sellers understand and interact with fees.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of team management experience
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
