Manager - Full Stack Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Key Management Solutions (KMS) team as a Group Technology & Security (GTS) Full Stack Engineer. Our team has an enabling function dedicated to building and managing platforms that empower the wider technology group with tools like unified key management and automation services.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will oversee the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications within the KMS team. Collaborating closely with a global team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of various projects, with a primary focus on building reliable platforms. You will provide strategic leadership to a small team of developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration to drive innovative cybersecurity solutions that safeguard critical systems and sensitive data.

What You Offer

• 9+ years of professional software development experience, building, operating, and improving production-grade systems.
• Strong backend or full stack development skills using Node.js/JavaScript and Python for scalable services, automation, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including deploying and operating applications, plus working with relational databases (e.g., AWS RDS) and data modeling.
• Demonstrative DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment, and containerization with Docker (Kubernetes a plus).
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools, including integrating AI/LLM-based APIs into applications under senior guidance.
