Bilvantis is a Data & AI engineering services company with teams in the US, India, the UK and the UAE. We don't work as a vendor. We work as an extension of our clients' own teams. We put our solutions and accelerators into every piece of repeatable work, and we choose to grow deep within a small set of accounts rather than spread thin across many.
Why This Role Exists
Much of Bilvantis growth runs through the CEO's relationships, with clients, prospects, partners and the wider network. The ideas are there: who to reach, how to engage, what to send and when. What's missing is someone who makes sure every one of those threads is researched, followed up and moved forward, every time.
This role is the CEO's growth shadow. You'll own the rhythm behind every contact, lead, opportunity and meeting, so that nothing slips, the right content reaches the right person at the right time, and every meeting, trip and event turns into real progress.
What You'll Own
Pipeline and relationship nurturing:
Keep every contact, lead and opportunity the CEO is working on in one place (CRM), each with a clear status, next step and date.
Run a planned nurture calendar for each relationship, with the right touchpoint at the right time: case studies, articles, newsletters, event invites and updates.
Draft follow-ups in the CEO’s voice within 24 hours of every interaction, ready to review and send.
Hold a Daily connect and weekly pipeline review with the CEO: what moved, what’s stuck, and what needs the CEO personally.
Research And Prospect Building
Turn the CEO’s ideas on industries, accounts and people into researched target lists and account maps.
Prepare a short brief before every meeting or outreach: the person, the company, their priorities, recent news, the Bilvantis angle and talking points.
Track buying signals such as leadership changes, funding, migration plans and partner activity, and flag the right moments to engage.
Meetings And Action Closure
Join all external meetings and growth-related internal meetings (pipeline, account reviews, leadership reviews), virtually by default.
Capture notes, decisions and actions, and send a clear summary with owners and dates soon after each meeting.
Follow every action through to completion with internal and external stakeholders, and escalate early when something is at risk.
Content And Internal Coordination
Work with Delivery, Practice, Pre-Sales, Solutions and Marketing to get the right decks, proposals, case studies and updates ready on time.
Check quality and fit before anything goes to an external contact, so every piece we send is relevant, accurate and on-brand.
Keep a ready library of content for each industry, solution and partner.
Travel And Event Planning
Plan the CEO’s travel and events around people, clients, partners and growth priorities: which city, which week and who to meet.
Secure meetings before each trip, build the itinerary, and prepare a brief for every person the CEO will meet.
Close every trip and event with follow-ups within 48 hours and a short summary of outcomes and next steps.
Work with the admin or travel desk on logistics; your focus is the purpose and outcomes of each trip.
Partner And Network Follow-through
Support follow-ups with Databricks and Google Cloud partner teams, event contacts, referral partners and advisors.
Working Hours And Travel
Based in Hyderabad, working fixed overlap hours with the US (Central Time), for example 6 pm to 1 am IST or a split shift.
Travel with the CEO on key US trips and on all India trips; a valid US B1/B2 visa, or willingness to obtain one, is required.
What You Bring
Prior Experience: 5+ years to 10 years in business development, client engagement, consulting or a founder’s / CEO’s office.
Highly organized and dependable: you keep many threads moving at once and never drop one.
Strong writing: clear, crisp emails, LinkedIn messages, briefs and meeting summaries, and the ability to write in the CEO’s voice.
Business sense: enough understanding of Data, AI, cloud and our solutions to choose the right content and message for each person.
Getting things done without authority: you get busy internal teams to deliver on time, politely and persistently.
Research skills: quick, sharp research on companies and people using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the web.
Communication and presence: confident with senior leaders, both internal and external, in the US and India.
Discretion and judgement: you work closely with the CEO and senior contacts, and handle confidential information with care.
Comfortable with tools: CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), Microsoft 365, Sales Navigator, and AI tools for research, notes and drafting.
Ownership: you act as if the pipeline is yours, not like an assistant waiting for instructions.
Nice To Have
Experience in a founder’s office, CEO’s office or chief of staff role.
Background in IT services, consulting or Data & AI.
Experience working with US clients and time zones.
An MBA or equivalent business qualification.
How Success Is Measured

Growth in qualified meetings and opportunities from the CEO’s network and nurture programmes.
