Overview

The Supply Chain Reporting Manager is responsible for developing and managing core financial models to support the close and forecasting processes, as well as consolidating and presenting key supply chain insights. This role focuses on analyzing and communicating performance across make and move costs for Field teams. It also involves close collaboration with leadership to deliver actionable insights and enable informed decision-making through in-depth data analysis.

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional and Field teams to support period-end results and forecast preparation
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of business results and ad-hoc problem-solving
  • Manage reporting, including periodic reviews, forecast analysis, and presentation decks
  • Support Mosaic implementation and validation
  • Collaborate with RPMs to ensure accurate and timely close and forecast cycles
  • Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Lead performance analysis for regions, customers, and functions
  • Drive key initiatives to enhance regional and business performance
  • Prepare impactful presentations to communicate results and insights
  • Support cross-functional ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a P&L within a core financial planning role
  • 7–10 years of FP&A experience for postgraduates (6–9 years for Chartered Accountants)
  • Strong background in financial analysis, data integrity, and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, and Essbase
  • Knowledge of Mosaic preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Macros
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Skilled at managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
  • Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to organization and documentation
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrates urgency, professionalism, and patience
  • Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English
