The role will support Kroger, and eGrocery. This role will support customer reporting Kroger and eGrocery. The role will have touchpoints internally across PepsiCo for reporting and analytics purposes and wiring with cross-functional teams to share reporting. In addition, the role will support the Kroger eComm and eGrocery teams with reporting and analytics. Supports LG1 leaders who work with the customers. Interaction with LG1 leaders (1-2 leaders) will be on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
eGrocery sales support
a. Weekly scorecards / performance reporting for eGrocery retailers
b. Develop share reporting scorecard for customers where share data is available and unearth insights that impact the business
c. Develop external customer scorecards for eGrocery customer specific KPI scorecards by period
d. TPM responsibilities e. New item set up and maintaining product content/catalog
Kroger:
a. Period operating reviews with sales reporting – Powerpoint building for customer meetings & Internal meetings
b. eComm sales and shopper metrics data reporting Sales and reporting for internal PepsiCo Kroger teams
c. Ocado, Doordash, UberEats etc. (sales data once/weekly needs to be transferred and reported
d. Ocado PO data including pulling from a manual excel
e. Managing pulling data from Thoughtspot portal which houses Instacart/Kroger sales data
f. Reporting weekly and daily fill rate data on in stock conditions via a manual excel
g. Digital Shelf Management for accessibility of items and points of distribution inline with in store (forms filled out weekly with submissions and opportunities to close distribution gaps)
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in analytics and reporting
Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination, consistent execution, & follow up
Strong analytical skills – as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects
Cross-functional “literacy” – as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
Strong problem-solving capabilities – as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
Instinct for execution—as evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion
Sound communication skills – as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff
Resilience – as evidenced by the courage maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them - Bias for action – as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions in to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance
