Functional Data Stewardship Manager:(Manager, Data Stewardship)

To lead the development and execution of data governance strategies, ensuring data is managed effectively across the organization

Who we’re looking for:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Vision and Goal Setting: Develop and maintain the vision and goals for data governance, aligning with organizational priorities.
• Governance and Council Leadership: Lead data governance councils and responsible AI councils to drive strategic initiatives.
• Policy and Framework Development: Create and maintain comprehensive policies, processes, and data quality frameworks.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Oversee data privacy, security measures, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective data governance and stewardship.

Qualifications

• • Bachelors degree in information technology, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in data governance tools and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mandatory Skills: Data Governance, Risk Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management, and Data Quality.
