Overview

This role serves as the operational and analytical backbone for the Titans Capability Improvement Program by International CCO, ensuring the annual cycle runs smoothly with aligned plans, clean data, and clear visibility of progress. It translates strategic playbooks (e.g. on Perfect Store, dComm, WCCE and GTM) into digital tools, coordinates evidence and data flows across markets, and delivers reliable reporting, insights, and executive-ready presentations. Additionally, it manages key commercial and vendor operations to keep systems, contracts, and processes running effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Titans team in executing the annual cycle with aligned plans, coordinated priorities, and consistent progress against key commitments.
  • Translate the Forces Playbooks into a market-facing digital questionnaire via Power Apps, ensuring data flows seamlessly into Monday.com and Power BI for consistent insight and performance tracking.
  • Act as the bridge between anchor markets, GCC, Market One and Forces to enable smooth evidence submission and ensure data quality across all markets.
  • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure all required data is accurately captured in the system to enable reliable reporting and performance visibility.
  • Prepare analysis and build high-quality presentations and content for the Titans team, supporting touchpoints with in-market Deployment Leaders and CCO Force Leaders; tailor communications to market and Force needs and ensure timely updates.
  • Oversee commercial and supplier operations, including contract and PO management (e.g., MarketOne, Monday.com) and vendor follow-up.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years commercial experience (DX, GTM, broad commercial)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong project management skills
  • Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
  • Proficient with MS Office – MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular
  • Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management
  • Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
