We are seeking a proactive and high-impact Manager – Capital Investment & Financial Analytics to join our Integrated Biologics Finance team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end transparency on capital investments across the Business Platform, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets. You will also drive financial modeling for organic growth projects and deliver insight-led analytics that shape investment decisions. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in enhancing financial visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Deliver actionable financial insights by leading advanced analytics and performance assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Provide end-to-end transparency on capital investments through preparation and analysis of CapEx reports, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Develop and own financial models for growth initiatives, including ROI, NPV, and payback analyses, to support investment prioritization
• Drive high-quality business cases and investment proposals by preparing materials for leadership and investment committees
• Ensure effective CapEx governance and compliance by supporting approval processes and adhering to Group financial policies and accounting standards
• Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities by improving tools, processes, and data transparency
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Site Finance) to ensure robust planning, tracking, and financial steering of capital projects
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Capital Investment Finance within a complex business environment
• Strong expertise in Capital Expenditure (CapEx) management and governance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis, with hands-on experience supporting investment decisions
• Proven experience in business case development and investment evaluation, translating financial insights into strategic recommendations
• Strong financial analytics and performance analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modeling techniques
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and management reporting, along with the ability to create clear, executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
