Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible to collect comparative data and analyze data through various statistical tools and techniques and suggest actionable insights which would enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Development of Dashboards and Tools

  • Create user-friendly dashboards for real-time data visualization.
  • Integrate diverse data sources for comprehensive insights.
  • Enable alerts for threshold deviations.
  • Drive the adoption of Dashboards and Tools across DIAL.
  • Implement the overall digitization and analytics roadmap for HIAL.
  • Dashboards & Tools Adoption Rate
  • Issue Resolution TAT Adherence


Gathering Requirements and Identifying KPIs:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.
  • Support in managing consultants and resources working on analytics initiatives.
  • Benchmark best practices in digitization and analytics within the aviation industry and apply them at HIAL.
  • Issue Resolution TAT Adherence
  • No. of KPIs suggested
